I’ve spent more than 25 years in property management, but my journey started behind a mortgage desk.
Before lettings, I worked in financial services, helping people arrange their finances and understand what they were really signing up for. It gave me a clear view of how money, mortgages and property all fit together and how quickly things can go wrong without the right support.
When I moved into residential lettings, I found my stride. I liked the structure, the responsibility, and the people. I saw how much landlords needed someone who could spot the details, stay ahead of compliance, and keep things moving without drama.
That’s still how I work today. Quietly, proactively, and with a proper sense of care for the property, the paperwork, and the people involved.
