We create a bespoke Lettings Report to market your property on the major online portals, our website and social media, to find the most suitable tenants for your property.

We will personally meet all potential applicants to access their suitability.
Once suitable applicant/s have been identified and agreed by you, a holding deposit will be collected and references, credit, right to rent, AML and sanctions checks will be instructed using our industry leading compliance and referencing partner Goodlord, who use open banking, digital ID and AI as part of their thorough process.
We will serve all the required compliance documents and create the Tenancy Agreements. All signing of documents is online to avoid any delays and provides an audit trail

The deposit will be secured withing the required timeframe with TDS, the longest running Government Approved Scheme and issue the Prescribed Information document to the tenants.
A fully documented and photographic check in Inventory report will be created and served to the tenant, an additional fee as per our landlord fees will apply.
We will personally meet your new tenants at the property, hand over the keys, read the meters and ensure the utility providers and council are informed of the new tenants and the responsibility of the accounts going forward.
